Send Money
Step 1 - Visit any of our agent, with any of your personal identification proof
Step 2 - Complete a simple 'send' form and share it with our agent along with the amount you wish to send including the transfer fee. You may also add a free message on the form.
Step 3 - The agent will process your transaction
Step 4 - You will be given a unique transaction reference number with a receipt.
Step 5 - Contact the person to whom you're sending the money and update him/her the unique transaction reference number. The money will be ready to collect quickly
Receive Money
Step 1 -Visit respective Payout Agent with your personal identification proof along with the unique transaction reference number
Step 2 - Complete our simple 'receive' form and show your identification proof to receive your money in Local Currency.
You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the
following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued
identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address (bank statement
or utility bill). Requirements vary by country so please ask your local agent for
acceptable identification formats. In addition to the transfer fees applicable to
a transaction, a currency exchange rate set by SMA or its agents may be applied.
Prices subject to change. The money will be ready to collect, subject to the receiving
agent's availability and hours of operation, and local regulations.
